At 7:00 p.m. on May 9 something happens. In a flash, time changes. Moments before your thoughts were on work, your responsibilities, where the market closed, the sinking economy, how you have to get your daughter to soccer practice and your son to baseball, and how your kids are ever going to get into UF!

Instead, suddenly, it all changed. Now it is May 9, 1985. And the spring semester at UF just ended, and you are at home in South Florida, and you are getting ready to return for Summer A in a few days!

And it is Saturday night, and all you are thinking about is where can you go and stay out until 5:00 a.m. But the decision is easy, everyone is going to the same place tonight! Everyone is talking about it. They were talking about it in Oak Forest, at the GPA wall, on Frat Row, before Finance class, in the clubs on Main Street, at the Pilam/Tep softball game. They were all talking, and everyone is going, tonight, to:

200 West Broward Blvd, Fort Lauderdale
